Excellent customer service & excellent road trip experience, couldn't have asked for a better way to explore the vast length of Patagonia.  In planning the rental before my trip, the customer service rep was very helpful with my overall trip planning.  During the pick-up in Puerto Varas, the Wicked folks provided a comprehensive orientation to all the camping features and mechanical & safety considerations for the van.  They also helped with additional route planning considerations, including things to know for crossing between Chile & Argentina.  My son & I drove south through Northern Chilean Patagonia, through Argentina for two days, then back into Chile in Southern Patagonia = all in 8 days all without any vehicle issue.  It was nothing short of epic.  Drop-off in Punta Arenas was smooth & easy, and the Wicked folks provided me with helpful guidance for things to do while in Punta Arenas.  The rental also seemed reasonably priced, and at no point did I feel they were trying to get more money out of me.  Everything felt honest and straightfoward. Sehr professionelle Abwicklung bei der Rückgabe des Campers, den wir in Puerto Varas angemietet hatten. Wir haben die Informationen und Bedingungen für eine schnelle Abwicklung vorher gelesen und die Rückgabe entsprechend vorbereitet. Daher war die Übergabe sehr problemlos und schnell. Alles lief sehr freundlich und kundenorientiert ab.
