La experiencia en Camper con Wicked ha sido excepcional. Todo ha salido sobre ruedas (nunca mejor dicho). Hemos viajado durante 10 días por la Patagonia cruzando Chile y Argentina y nos ha ido de maravilla. No hemos tenido ningún imprevisto con el vehículo y hemos podido disfrutar de todo el viaje. La Van tiene todo lo necesario para poder dormir, cocinar y zona de almacenaje. En total hemos cubierto 2200km y sólo tenemos comentarios positivos. We’ve hired a minivan for 3 weeks to travel Ruta 7, Ruta 40 and Ruta 9 from Pto Varas to Pto Arenas. We drove > 3000 k with a 2wd and had a splendid time in Patagonia.
Very nice and helpfull staff in both offices helping you out. There are easy to reach by WhatsApp in case if any doubts or questions, and offer a continuous assistance in case of technical issues.

We rented the Overlander for 12 days for our trip to Torres Del Paine and Parque Nacional Los Glaciares. Was the ideal vehicle, especially considering the roads are mostly unpaved in Torres Del Paine. It had everything we needed.
We had one or two doubts during the trip, and Wicked were very quick to respond and help us out.

We rented Wicked’s new spacious Ducato 4-sleeper for over two weeks to explore the Carretera Austral and then all the way down to the southern tip of Argentina (Ushuaia)!  Water, cooking gas and diesel tanks had plenty of capacity for the long stretches between fuel stops along the way. Many roads are not paved but the Ducato was up to the task at all times on wet and dry roads from gravel to pavement. It was much appreciated to have a full tank of cooking gas included so we had enough for our entire trip!  The interior of the van is well organized with alot of storage space (e.g., not only clothes but also the included pots and pans, emergency gear, and some of the cooktop accessories - to reduce rattling while driving on gravel roads). Backup solar panels and battery provided continuous capacity for night-time lighting and continuous use of included cooler!  Two shower wands made rinsing our gear convenient. Apart from the features of the camper, Wicked runs their operation like professionals and had all the paperwork needed to cross border into Argentina and back ready upon our arrival, and all border crossings were smooth as a result. Daniel and Felipe at Punta Varas carefully went through our orientation to the van and its accessories so that we knew where things were before we got on the road, and Christopher was very helpful at the end of our trip when we returned the van. We have rented camper vans in Iceland and Norway before and Wicked gave us the most personal attention and even the peace of mind of 24-hour assistance in case travel is disrupted. We rented the new Classic for me and my girlfriend, 18 days. We were worries about the size of the car, but it isn’t. Just perfect for us and our two backpacks. Many space for stock your stuff and the food.

In their office, they were very nice (propose us a coffee or tea the time to do all the paper), easy to talk and very helpful. They gave us many tips on your trip.
For the van, the gave us many kitchen tools, the stove (with gas), sponge with soap and the water for the sink. Really was just take the key and go enjoy.
You have a small spot in the office where the previous customer let some free stuff (gas, salt, towel, …) so take a look because you can probably use some !
AND the person with we check the van took the time to check every aspect (bodywork defects and the van in general). I very appreciate it.

We had this van beginning November, we were in different area (start by Torres del Paine, El calafate, El chalten and the pingouin area) and the van was great.
I didn’t have a problem on gravel road, the Bluetooth is availaible (just think to download your playlist) and they propose usb charger (for car) if you need.

So, we are very happy to rent the Van here, they make us the trip amazing !

I just want to give some tips for the people who rent the van.
It still pretty cold the night in November, we had two good sleeping bag, and was perfect for us
I measure 1m80, for 86 kg, personally I had good nights in the van with the sleeping foams.
They proposed us a jerrycan, and we refused. Just think, everything is remote here, particularly around Torres del Paine. We didn’t very check the gas station around and we did some extra kilometres (not plan in the beginning) and we had to found a gas station (puerto natales). If we had this jerrycan we directly went through Argentina!

We traveled for three weeks with a Wicked Camper (New Plus 2 Seater) and were very satisfied with the overall service. We started in Puerto Varas and returned the car in Punta Arenas. The border crossings were smooth and all documents were well prepared. Our questions before the rental were all answered and the handover went smoothly and without any problems. We were given a few tips and everything was explained to us very calmly.

The vehicle was super clean and equipped with everything we needed. We were able to listen to music on our cell phone via a transponder and we even got a USB charger. The car always gave us the best service and we had almost problems at all. On the ultimate day of our rental, we had a flat tire. Christopher helped us very nicely via the roadside assistance hotline and supported us.

We felt very comfortable and are very happy to have booked the car with Wicked. At the beginning we were told: "Always feel free to get in touch, we are your friends and are always happy to help." - That's exactly how it was. Many thanks for the service and the great vehicle, with which we had an unforgettable time in Patagonia.
