We had a great week in our camper, very good quality equipment with a very thorough review before departure. The manager Alejandro was very friendly and helpful and there was even a nice pre-departure washroom at the facility. The border crossing paperwork and other vehicle information that was needed was well organized and the truck ran great. We felt like it was very clean inside the camper and made great use of it. We can absolutely recommend the Wicked Punta Arenas team. We rented the Varrison Ford for almost 3 weeks and were very happy with the whole renting process. Alejandro and team explained everything in detail and gave great recommendations for the route and helpful instructions for driving on gravel roads & border crossings. We had an awesome experience with our campervan from Wicked! Definitely the best option to travel through Patagonia with freedom of making your own planning. We had the small Chevrolet model with airco. The bed was big enough to sleep (even for me as 1.93m tall Dutch guy) and the car was strong enough and in good condition to do his thing on the Chilean and Argentinian gravel/dirt roads. Excellent process when we rented the Ducato van for two weeks. Having read many negative comments about Wicked, I felt very uncertain before picking up the van.  But I can only say the best about the Punta Arenas team. Very good walk through of the car, which was close to new. All necessary equipment was there, from spare tire to bottle opener. Asked for an extra blanket as the  Patagonian summer nights are cold. So I can highly recommed Alejandro and the Wicked team in P. Just finished a brilliant 10 day trip in one of Wicked Punta Arenas’s new Patagon campers.  Warm, dry, very clean and completely reliable.
Huge thanks to Alejandro and team for their flexibility and advice whilst we were booking and for their recommendations of places to see/ skip.  We were a family of four - took a tent as the Patagon camp box sleeps three adults comfortably - but it was a great place to hang out and cook/ chill.
Met Alejandro at the airport to drop off which was also really helpful and saved us time and a cab ride. Deposit returned in full and within two days.
