Absolutely recommended, did the trip twice with them (once 9yo from Santiago, another recently focused on Patagonia), Wicked is great, affordable option to rent a motorhome for many weeks and have a great adventure.
Punta Arenas point and all staff are extremely helpful, fair and knowledgeable. When we were borrowing the car and at the last moment it turn out that lighter socket is not working, they’ve send a mechanic to a supermarket parking (where we were doing grocery for a trip) to fix it before we leave the city. We were a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) in the largest of their vans. The vehicle was big enough to accomodate all of us including for sleeping (I am 182cm tall), including for some nights wild camping. And comfortable enough for different weathers during the summer. And safe enough for us to drive anywhere. And the best way to get around Patagonia. The communication and preparation was fantastic from Wicked, the vehicle was very new and delivered fresh and with everything in order, the vehicle assistance along the way super responsive, and overall a fantastic service for us to have a unique trip in a unique location. La experiencia en Camper con Wicked ha sido excepcional. Todo ha salido sobre ruedas (nunca mejor dicho). Hemos viajado durante 10 días por la Patagonia cruzando Chile y Argentina y nos ha ido de maravilla. No hemos tenido ningún imprevisto con el vehículo y hemos podido disfrutar de todo el viaje. La Van tiene todo lo necesario para poder dormir, cocinar y zona de almacenaje. En total hemos cubierto 2200km y sólo tenemos comentarios positivos. We’ve hired a minivan for 3 weeks to travel Ruta 7, Ruta 40 and Ruta 9 from Pto Varas to Pto Arenas. We drove > 3000 k with a 2wd and had a splendid time in Patagonia.
Very nice and helpfull staff in both offices helping you out. There are easy to reach by WhatsApp in case if any doubts or questions, and offer a continuous assistance in case of technical issues.

We rented the Overlander for 12 days for our trip to Torres Del Paine and Parque Nacional Los Glaciares. Was the ideal vehicle, especially considering the roads are mostly unpaved in Torres Del Paine. It had everything we needed.
We had one or two doubts during the trip, and Wicked were very quick to respond and help us out.

We rented Wicked’s new spacious Ducato 4-sleeper for over two weeks to explore the Carretera Austral and then all the way down to the southern tip of Argentina (Ushuaia)!  Water, cooking gas and diesel tanks had plenty of capacity for the long stretches between fuel stops along the way. Many roads are not paved but the Ducato was up to the task at all times on wet and dry roads from gravel to pavement. It was much appreciated to have a full tank of cooking gas included so we had enough for our entire trip!  The interior of the van is well organized with alot of storage space (e.g., not only clothes but also the included pots and pans, emergency gear, and some of the cooktop accessories - to reduce rattling while driving on gravel roads). Backup solar panels and battery provided continuous capacity for night-time lighting and continuous use of included cooler!  Two shower wands made rinsing our gear convenient. Apart from the features of the camper, Wicked runs their operation like professionals and had all the paperwork needed to cross border into Argentina and back ready upon our arrival, and all border crossings were smooth as a result. Daniel and Felipe at Punta Varas carefully went through our orientation to the van and its accessories so that we knew where things were before we got on the road, and Christopher was very helpful at the end of our trip when we returned the van. We have rented camper vans in Iceland and Norway before and Wicked gave us the most personal attention and even the peace of mind of 24-hour assistance in case travel is disrupted.
